No refund requests will be honored after February 1, 2012, for the Spring 2012 Recreational Soccer Season. The only exception will be for season-ending injuries or family relocation out of the greater Columbia area.
When possible, we will attempt to assign players to different teams to resolve personal schedule conflicts. Refunds on the basis of schedule conflicts or coaching preferences will not be honored. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
All refund requests must be made in writing and must be postmarked or delivered February 1, 2012.
