Parents may register their children using one of several convenient methods. PLEASE NOTE: If your child played previously for Columbia United FC, we already have his/her birth certificate on file. If your child has not played for our club, you will need to mail in a copy of his/her birth certificate. Methods you may use to register include:
1. Register and pay on-line and mail in birth certificate if first time player. Please click Register Online to complete the registration process online. This is the easiest!
2. Print a downloadable hardcopy form, complete it and mail it in with a check and copy of birth certificate if first time player. Please click Fall 2008 Registration Form for the form.
3. For Irmo, Ballentine, Chapin, Dutch Fork, Little Mountain, Lake Murray, West Columbia, Cayce and Lexington families, go by and pick up an application at Corner Kick Soccer store at 701 St. Andrews Road located about 1/2 mile west of Irmo High School (bring a copy of your birth certificate if you are a first time player), complete the form, write a check, staple it together and place it in our Columbia United FC drop box.
4. For Northeast Columbia, Blythewood, North Main, Forest Acres, Downtown Columbia, Shandon, Garners Ferry, Hopkins, Fort Jackson, Elgin, Lugoff and Camden families, go by and pick up an application at Soccer Plus Store at 8502 Two Notch Road located just north of I-77 (bring a copy of your birth certificate if you are a first time player), complete the form, write a check, staple it together and place it in our Columbia United FC drop box.
