Onsite Tournament Main Tent
Check-in is Saturday morning, December 5, 2015, one hour prior to your first match at headquarters tent.
The coach/manager or team representative must be present at check-in and present the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS listed below. If you do not have the required documents you will not be allowed to register or play in the tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS. Coach or manager must check in or team will forfeit their team bond.
- Roster: official game day roster with a red stamp and state signature on it. This roster must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the cup, regardless if you are using club pass players or not.
- Laminated Player card for each child on the roster that will be playing in the Cup
- Laminated Coach card for each coach on the roster and that will be on the bench/sideline
- Medical Release forms for each player (notarization not required)
Club Pass Play: follow league rules – maximum of 3. Players from Challenge or PMSL level teams may be reassigned to your Open Cup Roster, but there is a limit of 3 reassigned players.
